SHIPPING POLICY

Please keep in mind shipping times may be extended due to COVID19

Shipping timeframe is currently 3-10 days depending on the postal service in your area. We are excited as you are to see you slay the goodies you just bought. We are striving to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Please note, Hausofgrandiose is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume seasons.

We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your Haus of Grandiose order gets to you ASAP, however, we do appreciate your patience!

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK. Wait for USPS investigation results. Depending on results items may reship.
